Widely used in food (milk), pharmaceutical, daily chemicals, beverages, fats and oils, chemicals, pigments and other industries as an intermediate buffer, liquid storage, mixing, blending equipment (in the state of the material does not need to be heated to blend evenly, the equipment for the economy and practicality), heating, mixing and blending or sterilization treatment. Especially suitable for no steam heat source units and scientific research institutions of small and medium-sized pilot use. The materials are sanitary stainless steel, the structure is designed with humanization, operability, and can be used according to the needs of the process of fully closed structure, heat preservation structure.


The main technology and structural performance of large mixing tank:


1. Heating method: electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, heating evenly without cold zone. Heat-conducting oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium, which generates heat energy to heat the materials in the tank.


2. Material heating temperature: ≤ 350 ℃; material heating time: 20min ~ 90min (depending on the process needs).


3. Temperature control: the use of electric thermocouple temperature measurement and temperature controller connected to the measurement and control of temperature (temperature difference ± ≤ 1 ° C), and can be adjusted to the temperature of the material. The temperature controller is installed in the electric control box, and the temperature transmission rod is inserted directly to the bottom of the tank, so that the material can be used to indicate the temperature in a low position.


4. Tank body: the inner surface is mirror polished, roughness Ra≤0.4µm.


5. The top cover: two openable movable cover, easy to clean, mirror polishing treatment of the internal and external surfaces (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4µm), or manhole.


6. the bottom structure of the inner tank: spinning processed into R angle, welded with the inner tank, polished without dead ends, and 5 ° tilt to the direction of the discharge port, easy to release the clean material without stagnation.


7. Jacket form: full jacket, used to add heat-conducting oil or water, so that when working to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling.  


8. Insulation material: Pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane casting foam is used to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world to achieve the effect of heat insulation and heat preservation.


9. the outer shell surface treatment: mirror polishing or 2B original color matte or 2B frosted surface matte treatment.


10. Stirring device: top center stirring, reducer output shaft and stirring paddle shaft are connected by live sleeve, which is convenient for disassembling and cleaning.


11. Stirring speed: 15 ~ 120r/min (fixed speed); stirring paddle form: frame, anchor, paddle, turbine, etc. (according to process requirements).


12. Equipment configuration: electrical control box, temperature meter, material and liquid import and export, media import and export (into and out of oil), vent (oil spill hole), etc..


13. Materials: inner tank 304 or SUS316L; jacket is Q235-B or 304; outer protective shell is 304.


14. Each inlet and outlet process openings and the inner tank body welding are used to turn the process of arc transition, smooth and easy to clean no dead ends, beautiful appearance.
