Horizontal screw mixing tank for Powder mixing

Mixing tank is vertical structure of sanitary and clean equipment, with heating, cooling, insulating, mixing function. It is designed for  powder ,food and chemical industry. The tanks have jacketed layer, which can heating and cooling material by inleting steam or cooling water. The material will be fully mixed by agitator in the most suitable temperature.
Mixing tank is consist of a tank cover, agitator, bearing, driving device, seal device, etc. It also can be equipped with a heating or cooling device according the request. Tank body and cover have inlet, outlet, observing, temperature, pressure, steam distillation, safety vent, etc. Since different production processes, the agitator can equip paddle, anchored, frame and propeller type. If need request, the factory can design it.   
The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA, LSA, ect. During the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.
The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
According to customer's requirement, the tank can heat and cool materials.
The heating way include steam heating & electric heating. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.
Technical Parameters
1). Heating method: using steam or electrical heating, and producing heat energy to sterilize the material.
2). Temperature Control: using electric thermocouple and controller to measure and control the temperature.
3). Tank Body: mirror polishing inside the surface, Ra≤0.4um.
4). Cover: the manhole can be opened and clean easily. Mirror polishing inside and outside.
5). Bottom structure: Spinning process into R angle. Have no flaw aftering welding inside the tank.
6). Jacket form: full jacketed, coil, miller plate, etc.
7). Insulation material: using polyurethane foam, which is environmental and has good insulation.
8). Shell treatment: mirror polishing or 2B color matte or 2B matte surface polishing treatment.
9). Agitating device: top center mixing. Reducer output shaft and agitating shaft adopt movable sleeve connection, which disassemble and clean conveniently. No external bolt drop hidden.
10). Emulsifying device: high shear dispersion emulsifying machine. Dispersing, shearing, emulsifying, and finally get the stable and high quality products.
11). Supporting feet form: circular tube or hanging ear type.
12). Welding part adopts flanging process arc transition, which is smoothy, easy clean, have no flaw and beautiful appearance.
Usage & Application
The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency conventer for speed adjustment, so that high quality products with different process can satyisfy customer requirements.
