50m³ Stainless Steel Outer Coil Reactor

The reactor is composed of cover, barrel body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal transmission device and support, etc. The reactor body and parts in contact with the material in the reactor are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless acid-resistant steel plate.

Use of the reactor: This equipment is suitable for the reaction concentration of liquid materials such as medicine, food, light industry and chemical industry.

Structure and characteristics: According to the nature of the material, the reaction kettle can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Materials can be heated by electric heating rod, thermal oil, steam and other three kinds. The reactor is composed of a pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, a drive shaft, a shaft seal device, a transmission device and other auxiliary parts.

Operation requirements: The heating should be slow, especially by the previous heating should pay attention to prevent the explosion of oil steam and water vapor. When there is no material in the pot and the pot is empty, the hot power supply and heating oil jacket shall not be turned on for test. Circulating heat conduction oil heating can not be replaced by steam heating.
