All the contact parts are made of SUS316, other parts are made of SUS304; Software is Siemens S7200 control system, PLC and touchscreen panel operation.that is easy for operating, with high precision, energy conservation,good stability,high work efficiency and low maintenance rate. This system can automatically cycle to ensure bottle positioning.Electronic for save measurement control device,primary automatic counting control. This machine was designed to satisfy the needs of Guangzhou Libai Company ,because of their Increasing filling quantity of Mosquito-repellent incense water, filling speed can reach to 4000b/h,filling precision is >0.5%.

The series injection type /normal pressure gravity type double-use filling machine is a high-tech product researched and developed by our company.It can be suitable for water injection,fluids,detergent products of different viscosity. It is widely applied for filling products in such industries as food ,cosmetics,medicine,grease,daily chemical industry,detergent ,pesticide,chemical industry,ect.It can be used for filling different types of solutions without the need of adding any additional parts.

2.It adopts electric component of world's famous brands.The main power cylinder adopts FESTO dual-action cylinder and magnetic switch,and Japan Mitsubishi PLC computer,Omron photoelectric and Germany Siemens touch screen are adopted to ensure its excellent quality and stable performances.
3.The machine can be conveniently maintained.It can be easily disassembled,assembled and cleaned without the need of using any tools.The adjustment is convenient.When adjusting the metering ,first adjust the value to be near the metering and make sure no filling is made in case of no bottle or bottle storage.
4.The filling system of the machine adopts the ferrule type quick installed sanitary connector.The whole cylinder can be easily disassembled,assembled and cleaned without the need of using any tools.It is featured by simple structure design and comvenient operation and maintenance.
