The reactor is composed of kettle cover, cylinder body, jacket, stirrer, shaft seal transmission device and support, etc. The kettle body and parts in contact with materials in the reaction kettle are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless and acid-resistant steel plate.
Use of reactor: This equipment is suitable for the reaction and concentration of liquid materials in medicine, food, light industry, chemical industry and so on.
Structure and characteristics: according to the nature of the material, the inner pot of the reactor can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The material can be heated by electric heating rod, thermal oil, steam and so on. The reaction kettle consists of pot body, pot cover, stirrer and drive shaft, shaft sealing device, transmission device and other auxiliary components.
Operational requirements: heating to warm up slowly, especially the first warming to pay attention to prevent the boiling of oil vapor and water vapor. No material in the pot empty pot, not to open the thermal power supply, heating oil jacket test drive. Circulating thermal oil heating can not be replaced by steam heating.
